Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way. This page lists everything the ritualprim.md website stores on or reads from your device, why and for how long.

Website operator: Service S.D.S. SRL (trading as Ritual Prim). How we process personal data in general is described in the Privacy Policy.

When we need your consent

Necessary cookies are set without consent: the website and its forms do not work without them, and the law (Art. 116 of Law No. 72/2025 on electronic communications) allows storing on your device what is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you give your consent. Until you give your consent, Google scripts are not loaded on the website at all and receive nothing about your visit. Silence, scrolling the page or closing the banner is not consent, and refusing does not limit your access to the website in any way.

You can consent to everything at once ("Accept all") or by category ("Manage cookies"). Refusing is just as easy: "Necessary only".

Necessary

These cannot be switched off in the settings.

• laravel-session (Ritual Prim): keeps your session so that the enquiry and order forms work. Duration: 2 hours.
• XSRF-TOKEN (Ritual Prim): protects form submissions against request forgery. Duration: 2 hours.
• rp_consent (Ritual Prim): remembers your choice in the cookie settings and the date you made it. Duration: 1 year, after which we will ask again.
• rp_lang (Ritual Prim): remembers the website language if you chose it yourself. Duration: 1 year.
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance (Cloudflare): tell people apart from automated programs and protect the website against attacks. They are not always set, only when a check is needed. Duration: from 30 minutes to 1 year.

Browser storage

These entries are kept only on your device. They are sent to our server only together with a form that you have submitted yourself.

• rp_cart (localStorage): the contents of your shop basket, until you place the order or empty the basket.
• rp_order_idempotency_key, rp_order_done (sessionStorage): prevent the same order from being sent twice. Deleted when you close the tab.
• rp_lead_last (localStorage): the number of your latest enquiry, so that on your next visit we can show that it has been received. Duration: 24 hours.
• rp_first_touch (sessionStorage): advertising tags from the web address you arrived by (utm, gclid). Sent together with your enquiry so that we can see which advertising works. Deleted when you close the tab.
• rp-article-big, rp-checklist-… (localStorage): large text in blog articles and ticks in checklists. Kept until you reset them.

Analytics

Set only with your consent.

• _ga (Google Analytics): tells visitors apart so that visits are counted without repeats. Duration: 2 years.
• _ga_\* (Google Analytics): stores the state of the current visit. Duration: 2 years.

The statistics are anonymous to us: we see how many people opened a page and where they came from, but not who they are. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Advertising

Set only with your consent.

• _gcl_au (Google Ads): links a visit to the advert you came from, so that we can see which advertising brings in enquiries. Duration: 3 months.

We do not show other companies' advertising on the website and do not use social media cookies.

Third-party services without website cookies

• Google Maps: address suggestions in the enquiry form. They load only when you start typing a town or address; Google receives the text you type and your IP address. You can skip the suggestions and enter the address manually.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: a check that a person, not a program, is sending the form, before it is submitted.
• Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp and maps open only when you click them. Until you click, these services do not learn about your visit.

How to change your choice

Open "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page: there you can switch analytics and advertising cookies on or off. If you withdraw your consent, the website immediately deletes these cookies from your browser; withdrawal does not affect what was collected before it. If we change the purposes or the list of cookies, the banner will ask you to choose again.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but without the necessary cookies the website's forms will not work.
