How it works

Handing a case over to us

A single message with the details of the deceased, the route and the date is all we need. We take it from there and keep you informed.

  1. You send an enquiry

    Details of the deceased, the route and the expected date. A WhatsApp message or an email will do.

  2. We agree the estimate

    Within the hour we send the cost at partner rates and confirm timings. No extra charges along the way.

  3. We handle it locally

    We receive the deceased, deal with the paperwork and arrange the viewing and burial, or send the deceased on along the route.

  4. We close the case

    You receive photos and confirmation at every stage, plus the invoice and supporting documents.

How we work together

Partner rates

Funeral directors and agents who work with us regularly have a separate price list. Volume terms are agreed individually and set out in the contract.

A reply within the hour

During working hours you have our estimate within the hour. At night and at weekends our 24-hour line takes the enquiry and a funeral director replies straight away.

We deal with the paperwork

We obtain the death notice (avizier), the death certificate from ASP and cemetery permits under power of attorney, so you never have to correspond with the Moldovan authorities yourself.

Reports at every stage

We send photos and confirmation of each stage: receiving, preparation, the viewing, the burial or dispatch. The family has one source of information: you.

Our own transport

Our own fleet We carry out every journey

The refrigerated vehicle and hearses belong to the company, and the drivers are our own staff. Between Moldova and Europe we travel on our own runs and never hand the deceased to another carrier.

Help for partners We can take on the transport

If you have no vehicle or permits for the journey, we carry out the transport for you: collection from the address, paperwork en route and delivery to the destination.
