By our tradition, the deceased often remains at home for up to three days, so that family and friends can say goodbye in familiar surroundings. In Moldova's hot climate, this leaves the family with the difficult question of how to preserve the body. A refrigerated lid solves this at home, without the need for a mortuary.

How many days can it be hired for?
Usually for one to three days, until the day of the funeral. Other periods are possible; we can discuss them by phone.
Do we need anything special at home?
An ordinary plug socket is all you need. The equipment is energy-efficient and runs on standard household power.
Does it replace the mortuary?
For a farewell at home, yes: the body is preserved with dignity without being taken to a cold room. If you are not planning a farewell at home, we can offer storage in the mortuary.
