If the deceased was in the room for only a short time, a light clean is usually enough. But when a body has not been found straight away, the room needs professional treatment: without it, odours and harmful bacteria remain, and ordinary household cleaning cannot deal with them.

When is ordinary cleaning enough and when is disinfection needed?
If the body was in the room for a few hours, a light clean is usually enough. If it was there for more than a day, professional disinfection is needed. Describe the situation on the phone and we will tell you honestly what is really necessary.
Will the neighbours know?
No. We work with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, and without any identifying markings.
What happens to furniture and carpets?
Our specialist will assess them on site. Some items can be saved by specialist cleaning; where materials have absorbed the odour beyond saving, we will advise disposing of them.
