These terms apply to everyone who uses the ritualprim.md website. The website is owned by Service S.D.S. SRL (trading as Ritual Prim), IDNO 1017600045417, registered office: Office 9, 77/A Alexei Mateevici Street, Stăuceni, Chișinău MD-4839. By using the website, you accept these terms. The terms for ordering goods and wreaths are set out separately in our Order Terms, and how we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

What the website offers

The website provides information about Ritual Prim's services: funeral arrangements, cremation, international repatriation, funeral transport, goods and wreaths. Through the website you can send an enquiry, request a call back, or submit an order for goods or a wreath.

An enquiry sent through the website is not a contract. A contract for funeral services is entered into with one of our funeral directors once we have clarified the circumstances, the services required and the cost. Orders for goods are placed in accordance with our Order Terms.

Prices and information

Prices on the website are shown in Moldovan lei (repatriation prices for individual countries are in euros) and are for guidance only: the final cost depends on the circumstances and is agreed before any work begins. Timescales, lists of documents and descriptions of procedures are provided to help you and are not a substitute for advice from a funeral director or a decision by a public authority. Document requirements change, so before preparing any paperwork we check them for your particular case.

Our blog articles are written to help you find your way at a difficult time. They are not legal or medical advice.

Using the website

Please give truthful information in our forms and provide only your own details or those of a person on whose behalf you are entitled to act. You must not use the website to send spam or requests you know to be false, try to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the website or collect its content automatically on a scale that puts a strain on the server.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to Service S.D.S. SRL or are used with the permission of the rights holders. You may quote our content provided you include a link to ritualprim.md. You may not copy it in full, or use it in advertising or on other websites, without our written consent.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to public services, maps, social networks and partner websites. Their owners are responsible for their content and for their data protection practices.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website running without interruption and the information on it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no technical faults. If a form will not send, please call 14000: we are available 24 hours a day. Ritual Prim's liability to consumers is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and by the contract; these terms do not limit it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Matters relating to the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by talking it through with you. You also have the right to contact the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Products Supervision and Consumer Protection (consumator.gov.md, tel. +373 22 515 151) or to go to court. These terms are published in Romanian, Russian and English; if there is any discrepancy between the versions, the Romanian version prevails.
