These terms apply to everyone who uses the ritualprim.md website. The website belongs to Service S.D.S. The terms for ordering goods and wreaths are set out separately in the "Order Terms", and the processing of personal data in the "Privacy Policy".

What the website offers

The website provides information about Ritual Prim's services: funeral arrangements, cremation, international repatriation, funeral transport, goods and wreaths. Through the website you can send an enquiry, request a call back, or send an order for goods or a wreath.

An enquiry sent through the website is not a contract. A contract for funeral services is concluded with a funeral director once we have clarified the circumstances, the services required and the cost. Orders for goods are placed under the "Order Terms".

Prices and information

Prices on the website are given in Moldovan lei (for repatriation countries, in euros) and are for guidance only: the final cost depends on the circumstances and is agreed before any work begins. Timescales, lists of documents and descriptions of procedures are provided to help you and do not replace advice from a funeral director or a decision by a public authority. Document requirements change, so before any paperwork we check them for your particular case.

Blog articles are written to help you find your way at a difficult time. They do not constitute legal or medical advice.

How to use the website

Please give truthful information in the forms and provide only your own details or those of a person on whose behalf you are entitled to act. You must not use the website to send spam or knowingly false requests, try to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the website or collect its content automatically on a scale that puts a load on the server.

Rights to materials

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the website belong to Service S.D.S. SRL or are used with the permission of the rights holders. You may quote materials with a link to ritualprim.md. You may not copy them in full or use them in advertising or on other websites without our written consent.

Links to other websites

The website contains links to public services, maps, social networks and partner websites. Their owners are responsible for their content and their data processing rules.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website running without interruption and the information on it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no technical faults. If a form will not send, call 14000: we are available 24 hours a day. Ritual Prim's liability towards consumers is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and by the contract; these terms do not limit it.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Relations connected with the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. If a dispute arises, we first try to resolve it by talking it through. You also have the right to contact the State Inspectorate for Non-Food Products Supervision and Consumer Protection (consumator.gov.md, tel. +373 22 515 151) or to go to court. These terms are published in Romanian, Russian and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
