Exhumation and reburial
Exhumation is needed when the remains of someone close are moved to another resting place: to a family grave, to another city or to another country. The procedure is tightly regulated, and we carry it out entirely lawfully, with respect for the deceased and without adding to the family's burden.

How the procedure goes
- We obtain the permits from every authority involved.
- The work is done by trained staff in single-use protective clothing, to the sanitary rules.
- A relative and the authorised officials are present, for example a forensic expert or a cemetery officer.
- The remains are carried in a sealed zinc-lined container.
- An official record is drawn up at the end.
- The reburial follows the customs and the wishes of the family.

Yes. We prepare the international documents and arrange the transport, to EU and CIS countries included. This work is close to what we do most, repatriation.
